Blesta Project Management is a plugin from the SystemFreaks suite. The optional Projects order module sells projects as services. Both are encoded and licensed through the SystemFreaks Update Checker.

Requirements

• Blesta 5.9 or later with PHP 8.1 or later.
• ionCube Loader 15 or later.
• The SystemFreaks Update Checker plugin with an active suite license key. See Getting Started with the SystemFreaks Update Checker in this knowledge base.

Install

1. Open Tools > SystemFreaks Update Checker and select the Plugins tab.
2. Click Download next to Blesta Project Management, then click Install.
3. To sell projects on an order form, select the Modules tab and install the Projects module the same way. See How to use the Projects order module.
4. Give your staff group access to the plugin under Settings > System > Staff > Staff Groups.

Without the Update Checker: download the packages from your SystemFreaks client area, upload the blestacrm_project_management folder to plugins/ and the projects folder to components/modules/, then install them under Settings > Company > Plugins and Modules > Available.

Update

Open Tools > SystemFreaks Update Checker, click Check Now, then click Update next to the plugin and the module. The Update Checker keeps a backup of the old folder and runs the upgrade. Your projects and tasks stay in place.
