Money operations run from the client's transaction in Blesta, using the Merchant ID + API Key (Basic
auth). Viva responds synchronously.

• Refund — reverses a captured transaction; records a refunded transaction. A Viva-side
  reversal (event 1797) produces the same result.
• Void — cancels a payment that hasn't settled yet.
• Capture — captures a previously pre-authorised amount.

If an operation fails, Blesta surfaces the reason (e.g. "Viva.com could not refund this
transaction.") and no local state is changed — check the gateway log for the API response.
